Celebrating National Health Center Week with Community Events

Holyoke Health Center is proud to celebrate National Health Center Week with a series of free community events that highlight access to care, wellness, and the importance of community connection. All events are open to the public unless otherwise noted.


Upcoming Events:
Tuesday, August 5 | 10:00–10:45 AM | Chicopee Health Center – 505 Front St
Join us for a pop-up event with the Nuestras Raíces Mobile Market, bringing fresh, locally grown produce to our Chicopee community.
SNAP and HIP are accepted. Plus, enjoy a healthy food demonstration by Ana Jaramillo.

Thursday, August 7 | 10:00 AM–1:00 PM | Holyoke Health Center Lobby – 230 Maple St
The D&R Farms pop-up farmers’ market returns with fresh fruits, vegetables, eggs, and homemade baked goods.
SNAP, EBT, and cash accepted. Ana Jaramillo will be back with another healthy food demo during the event.

Friday, August 8 | 10:00 AM–2:00 PM | 2nd Floor Pediatrics, Holyoke Health Center
Our Pediatrics Day event is designed to help children prepare for back-to-school.
Activities include face painting, arts & crafts, snacks, and helpful health resources from our pediatric medical and dental teams.
Vaccines will be available for pediatric patients of Holyoke Health Center only.

Bonus Event: Teen Health & Wellness Day – Wednesday, August 13 | 10:00 AM–12:00 PM and 2:00–4:00 PM | Holyoke Health Center
This event is open to all teens and includes wellness activities, resources, giveaways, and more.
Vaccines will be available for Holyoke Health Center patients only.
