The Walk-In Center is conveniently located on the 1st Floor of the Holyoke Health Center right inside of the main entrance. Patients do not need an appointment to be seen – services are provided on a walk-in basis during hours of operation. 

The Holyoke Health Center has an on-site pharmacy making it easy for you to pick-up prescriptions and medications right after your appointment without leaving the building. There is also an on-site laboratory for those who may need blood work or other lab services. The Walk-In Center team works directly with the pharmacy and laboratory to give you seamless care.

The Walk-In Center currently provides services to new and current Primary Care patients ONLY.

When to visit the Walk-In Center:

  • COVID-19 Testing
  • Sore Throat or Persistent Cough
  • Fever
  • Covid or Flu Symptoms
  • Acute Asthma or Allergy Symptoms
  • Nausea, Vomiting or Diarrhea
  • Headaches
  • Ear Pain or Pink Eye
  • Minor Injuries, Scrapes, or Bruises
  • Skin Rashes

When to visit the ER:

  • Dizziness, Intense Headache, Sudden Blurred Vision, Confusion, Seizures, High Fever, Trouble Breathing
  • Heart Attack or Stroke (Chest Pain, Difficulty Breathing, Droopy Face)
  • Uncontrolled Bleeding
  • Broken Bone, Severe Burn, Deep Cut
  • Children Under 2 Years with Fever over 100.4 or Dehydration
  • Suicidal Thoughts
