The Center for Recovery & Support now offers a group acupuncture clinic. Acupuncture is the world’s oldest medical science and can be used to treat a variety of physical, mental and emotional conditions, and restoring balance and health to the body.

The Acupuncture Clinic is a walk-in clinic on  Monday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:00am to 11:00am. Treatment is provided by Dr. Elizabeth O’Dair, who is certified to provide acupuncture through Harvard Medical School’s International Structural Acupuncture program. The clinic focuses exclusively on ear acupuncture. The ear points used are helpful for improving overall well-beingtreating stress and pain, and promoting calm and relaxation. Treatment time lasts for 30 – 45 minutes and takes place in a soothing and relaxing environment.

The group acupuncture clinic is open to primary care patients of the Holyoke and Chicopee Health Centers, and is located in the Center for Recovery & Support.
