CENTER FOR RECOVERY & SUPPORT
The Center for Recovery & Support (CRS) is a nurse-led department dedicated to the needs of people seeking recovery, living with HIV/AIDS, and testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections. CRS has a team of over 25 staff, including staff that is bilingual, Nurses, Medical Assistants, Recovery Coaches, Community Health Workers and Case Managers. This department provides services at the Holyoke Health Center and Chicopee Health Center.

CRS Services:
OBAT & Recovery Services
We provide recovery coaching and behavioral health services to all patients receiving Office Based Addition Treatment.
HIV Medical & Support Services
We provide support, testing, and resources for patients living with HIV.
Alcohol Use Disorder Program
The Center for Recovery & Support offers a team approach for the treatment of Alcohol Use Disorder.
STI Counseling & Testing
We provide free and confidential STI testing and counseling.
PrEP & PEP
Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) For HIV Prevention.
Hep C Testing & Treatment
The Center for Recovery & Support provides testing to determine if you are infected with hepatitis C.
Acupuncture
Group Acupuncture Clinics available Monday, Tuesday, Thursdays.
Recovery Spot
A community space offering group and individualized services to support people living in recovery.
