Residency Programs

Family Nurse Practitioner Residency

The Holyoke Health Center’s Family Nurse Practitioner Residency is a 12-month program providing intensive training in both the clinical complexity of family practice in the safety net setting and training to a high performance, patient-centered medical home model for primary care.

Pharmacy Residency

The Holyoke Health Center Residency program is a 53 week long program that offers longitudinal learning experiences, including required and elective learning as well an opportunity to attend a RTS certificate program and attendance of the National Pharmacy Conference.

General Adult Dental Residency

Our AEGD (Advanced Education General Dentistry) residents work closely with multiple specialists. Aside from Oral surgeons, which expose our residents to conscious sedation techniques and nitrous oxide, Endodontists, Orthodontics, Periodontist, Pedodontists and general dentists are on staff.

Pediatric Dental Residency

Holyoke Health runs a successful Pediatric Dental Residency program in collaboration with NYU Langone. Our partnership with NYU Langone has enabled us to host 8 fully licensed dentists that are in advanced training to treat children and patients with special health care needs. The opportunity to have additional dentists allows Holyoke Health to offer complete pediatric dental care, including sedation and specialty services, for all patients in western Massachusetts.
