MassHealth is sending out renewal notices—please do not ignore them. To keep your coverage, it’s important to complete your renewal on time.
If MassHealth has enough information to confirm your eligibility, your coverage will be renewed automatically. If not, you will receive a renewal form in a blue envelope at the mailing address they have on file.
If you receive a MassHealth Eligibility Review Form, please complete and return it as soon as possible. Be sure to include proof of any income you receive. Not completing this form may result in a loss of your health coverage.
