The Walk-In Center is available for you if you have an injury or illness that needs immediate care but is not severe enough to go to the hospital emergency department. This is not for life-threatening emergencies such as chest pain or difficulty breathing. For these types of emergencies call 911 or visit the nearest emergency department.
The Walk-In Center is currently for new and existing primary care patients of the Health Center.
The Walk-In Center is conveniently located on the 1st Floor of the Holyoke Health Center right inside of the main entrance. Patients do not need an appointment to be seen – services are provided on a walk-in basis during hours of operation.
The Holyoke Health Center has an on-site pharmacy making it easy for you to pick-up prescriptions and medications right after your appointment without leaving the building. There is also an on-site laboratory for those who may need blood work or other lab services. The Walk-In Center team works directly with the pharmacy and laboratory to give you seamless care.
The Walk-In Center currently provides services to new and current Primary Care patients ONLY.
